First day morning you will have GOLDEN KNOWCK to watch 4 range of Himalaya range, 240 Km long (Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu) in the colour of Gold. If you want you can continue every day we ready!

6:45- walking meditation & Satha Karma

7:00 Herbal Tea

7:30 Yoga

9:00 Break Fast

10:00-1:00 Therapies- Each day One or two therapies

(Massage-Traditional/Ayurveda/Deep tissue, Sirodhara, Herbal Steam bath- 9 varieties, Mud Bath or Herbal Mud, Hip Bath or Herbal hip Bath, Enema or Herbal Enema, Dush Bath, Full Body Herbal Emersion, Ayurveda Scrub, Natural Face Packs/Body Packs, Reiki, Bird watching)*Some conditions are applied

1:00-2:00 Lunch

2:00-3:00 Rest

3:00-4:00 Meditation or talks on Patanjali yoga sutra, Upanishad, Bijanbharab tantra, Shivasutra

After 4 fruits or juice/ snacks

After 5 Yoga

After 7:00 Dinner-Light Food

After 8:00 Bhajana/Tratak-Bhakti Yoga & Tratak Meditation and Rest
